As we’ve re-launched Pobble this autumn, one of our biggest priorities has been to ensure that we support teachers as much as possible with lesson ideas, inspiration, and support.

One of our most popular resources, Picture of the Day, has been renamed Pobble 365, because Jonny Davies, one of our veteran literacy educators, creates easy-to-use, free creative writing prompts every day of the year. If you haven’t checked it out yet, here’s what you can find:

You’ll also find plenty of additional prompts to encourage your pupils to think more deeply about story possibilities and character development, appropriate for different ages and writing ability levels.

The artwork and story prompts of Pobble 365 are designed to provide a diverse repository of ideas so that classes can always find fresh inspiration, and instructors can spend less time planning lessons.

Hope on over to Pobble 365 to see what we’ve got for you today, and check back every day for something new. If you have an idea for a story prompt, let us know on Twitter at @HeyPobble.
